Transport Accident Services

Contact your TAC support coordinator or Mary directly to organise an assessment.

National Disability Insurance Scheme

Mary is a registered occupational therapy provider with NDIS. Please contact Mary to discuss your needs and goals in order to develop an individualised service agreement.

Department of Veteran Affairs

Mary is a registered provider with the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). I require a GP referral to be sent to organise a home visit.

Private Clients

Please contact Mary directly to organise a home assessment. You may be able to claim for a rebate through your healthcare fund, but it is likely that a gap payment will be required.

Home Care Packages

If you have a home care package, you may be able to access occupational therapy services through your package. This can be discussed with your case manager or contact Mary to discuss.

Medicare

If you have a Chronic Disease Management plan with your GP you may be able to get a medicare rebate for occupational therapy services. There will be a gap payment. Discuss this with your GP and get them to forward a referral.
